- Lawpoint considers its clients' privacy a matter of high importance.
- This policy outlines our information practices to ensure that they are fully understood and clear to everyone.
- Depending on service requested, Lawpoint may collect the following information:
- Names, including names of individuals and businesses.
- Contact information, including phone and fax numbers, postal and electronic addresses.
- Personal information, such as SINs.
- Financial and payment information, including names of banking institutions, bank account numbers, financial transaction details etc.
- Site visitors must provide their email and create a password if they wish to register on the site.

- Inquiries in order to receive any information from the client will be either addressed to the client directly or to the appropriate authority on client's behalf and only after client's explicit permission.
- Email address is requested by our website engine during new user registration; we do not require site visitors to provide their real names to register, though working email address is necessary to activate new registration.
- Lawpoint will never try to collect any information related to any of its clients without respective client's explicit permission.

- Lawpoint will never use client's personal information to achieve any goal other than designated by the respective client.
- Lawpoint never shares any information received from or about its clients with third parties, unless law provides otherwise.
- Lawpoint will use all personal and other information in strict accordance with law.
- How the information is protected and handled.
- To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and organization procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
- Our clients can access their information for review and/or correction by addressing corresponding request to Lawpoint.
- Lawpoint will take reasonable measures to verify the identity of any party requesting the information and/or corrections, to make sure that information is not released to or altered by unauthorized parties.
- When and if any changes are made to this policy, Lawpoint will make announcements on the front page of its website in regards to the changes, unless they are made to correct typos or similar inaccuracies.
