General requirements

Effective June 26, 2010, ministerial instructions state, that eligible are

Federal Skilled Workers with one year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the last ten years in one or more of the occupations listed at the following Web site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp.
