In a few words

Lawpoint is the Canadian immigration service provider. Our primary goal is to handle the immigration cases for our clients: from assessment and consulting to the final decision in the case made by the Canadian authorities. We are appropriately licensed by Canada for this kind of work.

All questions answered promptly and professionally. And we are always ready to support our answers with the official information sources.
We know how important for the clients is to be assured, that their payments are adequate and that their paid representative won't disappear from their horizon after being paid. That is why we keep advance payments to the very possible minimum every time - our clients are in the control of all their financial matters. No demands to pay until the actual work is done to client's satisfaction.
We never outsource the work. Our clients can be assured, that their immigration case will be handled in the same professional way by the same team throughout the process. Never talk to reception lady, voice menus and call centers - we are always online personally.
We do not charge for the phone/skype calls - we are ready to discuss your situation for as long as it is required, while conversations are kept within the reasonable limits.
Our service agreements are clear and simple. We don't use "legal language" to make our clients feel like they are signing their lives off. We want to reach complete mutual understanding with our clients.
We don't do anything without client's approval. You won't find yourself in a situation, when some submission is made without you knowing about it in advance. We do not abide the common rule that documents belong to the one who produced them. All documents we prepare for the client are always at the client's disposal.
We are not happy if the clients are not. That is why we always give realistic and truthful analysis of the clients' situations and let them make the right decision. This is one of the reasons why our applications have a really low refusal rate.
We do not convince anyone to retain us - it is our clients' privilege to make a decision. We just participate in conversations with people and discuss their situations and immigration opportunities. You decide if we are good enough to handle your case. And we understand the importance of every minor detail - our clients feel it very soon.
