Our commitment
We never guarantee the positive decision in any immigration case, since every decision is made solely by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. No one can decide or guarantee except them. Instead, we guarantee that: - Every our client will be well informed before and timely updated during his immigration process.
- We shall make every effort to increase the possibility of positive decision in every case.
- Our work will not be limited by filling application forms. Instead we help every client to build solid and consistent immigration case.
- We communicate with the client and answer all the questions. Never find yourself in a "paid and forgotten" situation.
- We shall strive to help our clients with every task that can be encountered during the process.
Generally, our immigration services are as follows:
-
Case assessment. On this stage we communicate with our client to gather complete information about his current situation and immigration plans. Being provided with all necessary information we assess it against requirements set out in different immigration programs. After that we suggest what program is the most suitable in client's scenario. We also answer all questions of general nature that may arise. -
Getting ready. Before applying for immigration one must have all necessary paperwork ready. This includes, but is not limited to reference letters, records of employment, certificates and so on, all properly certified and translated into English or French. We help the client to determine what documents are required and what optional supporting documents may also be submitted to increase the chances. For some documents it is essential to know what information should be contained in them and presented in details and what information should be just mentioned or even omitted. Sometimes it is necessary to submit an application to a third party to obtain necessary certificate. We help our client to cope with this task promptly and efficiently. -
Preparing an application. The immigration process itself starts with an appropriate application, filled and submitted to the Canadian visa office altogether with necessary documents and payment. Applications are different depending on the immigration program chosen. Together with supporting documents typical application usually weighs one to several pounds, which gives a rough idea of how much work is necessary to get everything prepared and perfected. This is the work we do for our clients. -
Process tracking. After an application is submitted, more actions may be required from the client: medical examinations, sending in additional information and/or documents, attending an interview and so on. In order to keep the immigration process up and running, every piece of information must be true, correct and do not contradict the others. Otherwise any mismatch or inconsistency may be more deeply inspected by the visa officer, that in its turn will lead to longer processing time, more questions asked and more documents requested. Our task is to help the client to provide requested information in clear form, detailed as needed, and to ensure that all possible questions are answered in advance. On this stage especially useful is CAIPS subscription that we can also take care of (read more >>). -
Finalizing the case. At the end of an immigration process Canadian immigration visas are to be issued to the client (and his accompanying dependant applicants). This final stage can also involve some steps where our assistance may be needed, from communicating with visa offices to paperwork needed to open bank account in Canada. It is essential that you read and agree with our immigration service policy if you decide to take advantage of our services. You may save or print the policy for your future reference. Immigration scenarios
We work with applicants under all immigration classes and programs defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada. A wide range of available programs allow almost everyone to find his own way to immigrate to Canada. Major factors that determine which program is the most appropriate for particular applicant are: - education, professional skills and previous work experience
- proficiency in English and/or French
- ability to run own business and previous relevant experience
- having close relatives in Canada
- arranged employment in Canada
- urgent need to seek refugee protection in Canada
There are also some other factors to consider when choosing immigration scenario, for example a wish to settle in particular province or territory in Canada or medical condition. Regardless of what immigration program is to be chosen, we shall handle the process from trhe very beginning to the case finalization. Your choice
There is a wide range of immigration services offered on the market, making it a hard decision to chose one. Please take into account some important points when making up your mind: Our main goal is to help our client understand his immigration process while it moves on towards its successfull outcome. We believe that the only fair way to build good relations with the clients is to trust each other and share up-to-date and true information. That is why we always answer all questions without bias, providing as much information about the immigration process as possible. Understanding and communicating is the key to successfull immigration process. Our experience tells us that minute details are often underestimated, though they often play a very important role in the process. This is the reason why we emphasize the importance of every detail in the immigration case. Close attention to details often helps us to speed up the process or make it easier by reducing the unnecessary communication (inquiries, interviews etc.) between the client and visa office to sort out small things. Consistency is another key to a successfull case. We ensure that not a single piece of information contradicts another one within the case, thus eliminating the need for the immigration officer to clarify contradictions. It is obvious that any application is processed faster if there are no perplexities in it. |
