First consequences of recent changes PDF Print E-mail

We can already observe some consequences of changes to the Federal Skilled Worker program that were published on November 28, 2008.

First is the notable increase in the volume of applications submitted under provincial immigration programs, particularly the Quebec one.

Second is the increased interest shown in the procedures related to obtaining Arranged Employment Opinion - this is still the option to be eligible for processing under the renewed Federal Skilled Worker program even if an applicant's occupation is not in the list of 38.

Another symptom is also caused by the total recession, that violently affects certain countries. Hence more people consider moving to Canada, creating higher demand of immigration services - and the latter ones react by rising their prices. Some respectable legal corporations showed an increase of about 20% for their services.

We still keep our prices reasonable, while striving to provide the service of highest quality.
