Please have the following documents and information handy in order to speed up process of filing and save our time and your money: - Federal Business number assigned by Canada Revenue Agency
- Date of Incorporation
- Legal Name
- Incorporation certificate number
- Ontario corporate tax account number
- Ontario corporation number
- Province incorporated
- Type of activities
- Physical address, telephone and fax numbers
- Mailing address, telephone and fax numbers
- Name and address of the director
- Name and address of the signing officer
- Contact name for this return
- Shareholder(s) name(s) and SIN number(s)
- Federal corporation Notice of Assessment for the last year filed with Canada Revenue Agency
- Provincial Notice of Assessment for the last year filed with Ontario Ministry of Finance
- Detailed payroll records with the green Payroll Deduction remittances for the year
- All GST and PST reports filed for the year
- Copies of T2 (Federal) and CT23 (Provincial) income tax returns for the previous year
- Tax installment payments information for the year
- Copy of the bank statement for the last month in the taxation year
