We shall forward your application to the visa office and include proper payment, if your bank cannot issue certified cheque, bank draft or money order.

In certain countries applicants encounter difficulties paying processing fees as required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. In particular, in some Eastern European and Asian countries banks do not issue drafts or certified cheques. Neither does CIC offer alternative methods of payment for applicants overseas,  allowing only applicants within Canada to to pay limited number of fees online via credit cards.

Canadian visa offices abroad, serving such countries, are expected to develop their own methods of collecting fees, but this may take significant time and they will probably charge some extra fee for the service.

The only possible alternative is to ask a representative in Canada or another country to forward the application to the visa office, and enclose appropriate payment with it, issued in the intermediary country.

We offer this kind of service, that works as follows:
  • Applicant mails us the complete application.
  • Applicant makes the payment to us in any convenient form (read more about the payments method we accept here).
  • We receive the application and the payment from the applicant
  • We prepare the payment in the form required by CIC (money order, certified cheque or bank draft)
  • We put the application, the payment and the cover letter with details about the payment origin into the larger envelope and mail it to the address denoted by the applicant.
We do not open the package that we receive from the applicant, thus preserving confidentiality.
We are not responsible for the contents of the package we receive from the applicant.

For this service we charge a fee of $95 CAD plus 0.5% to compensate possible exchange rate fluctuations (only if payment is made in currency other than Canadian dollars).

Service fee includes:
  • Shipping and handling.
  • Issuing of certified cheque, money order or bank draft.
  • Mailing the application within Canada via registered mail with tracking, delivery confirmation and signature options.

For example, to submit an application and pay processing fee for two adults ($550 CAD each), you should pay $1,100 CAD of the application fees plus $100.05 CAD service fee, all included.

Timeline is as follows (for reference only; actual times may vary):
  • Time to deliver application to our address via courier service is 4 to 8 days.
  • Sending money via wire transfer takes from 2 to 5 business days.
  • Issuing certified cheque, bank draft or money order, preparing cover letter, mailing them with the application to the address in Canada given by the applicant - 1 or 2 business days.
  • Package is delivered within Canada, with confirmation and signature - from 4 to 8 days.

Please contact us to or order or inquire about the service.
