We shall forward your application to the visa office and include proper payment, if your bank cannot issue certified cheque, bank draft or money order.
In certain countries applicants encounter difficulties paying processing fees as required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. In particular, in some Eastern European and Asian countries banks do not issue drafts or certified cheques. Neither does CIC offer alternative methods of payment for applicants overseas, allowing only applicants within Canada to to pay limited number of fees online via credit cards. Canadian visa offices abroad, serving such countries, are expected to develop their own methods of collecting fees, but this may take significant time and they will probably charge some extra fee for the service. The only possible alternative is to ask a representative in Canada or another country to forward the application to the visa office, and enclose appropriate payment with it, issued in the intermediary country. We offer this kind of service, that works as follows:

We are not responsible for the contents of the package we receive from the applicant. For this service we charge a fee of $95 CAD plus 0.5% to compensate possible exchange rate fluctuations (only if payment is made in currency other than Canadian dollars). Service fee includes:
